1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, including submitting a contact form, opting into SMS/email notifications, or engaging with our AI systems, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You also agree that any personal or business information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Services Provided

We offer services designed to help business owners streamline their lead generation, appointment setting, and client outreach using automated AI workflows. This may include, but is not limited to:

AI chatbot interactions

SMS/email communication automations

Booking and calendar integrations

Client onboarding workflowsCustom automation logic and workflow builds

These services are provided on a non-exclusive, as-is basis.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications from us, including appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and marketing messages via SMS and/or email. You may opt out at any time by replying

“STOP”

to SMS messages or clicking

“unsubscribe”

in emails.

You are responsible for any message and data rates that may apply based on your mobile service provider.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable laws or carrier rules, including A2P regulations

Provide false or misleading information

Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the functionality of our systems

If you are granted access to a platform or dashboard, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share access with unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms such as CRM systems, messaging carriers, calendar tools, and payment gateways. We are not liable for the availability, performance, or data handling practices of these third parties.

7. Payment & Refunds

If our services include paid features or consulting, fees will be outlined clearly prior to engagement. All payments are final unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Use or misuse of our services

Platform downtime or disruptions

Failure of messages to be delivered due to carrier or user error

Misconfigurations made by the user or third parties

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the past 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services without notice if you violate these Terms or abuse our platform. Any remaining service obligations or refunds will be determined at our discretion.
